Tips to practice and achieve better gratitude!

1. Less complaining;

2. Less gossip (it’s like eating junk food);

3. Read historical biography (it gives you another perspective on things and how far we’ve come as human beings);

4. Donate or volunteer (better if you do it for less fortunate no matter at what level you are at in life);

5. Write love letters (do it more consistently for the people you are thankful in your life);

And finally:

6. Discuss BEAUTY, BLESSINGS AND LUCK(so easy to get caught in a gloomy mood, as there are so many distractions nowadays; take little time to discuss about what we are grateful for).
